Small Cap Awards Guest Speaker Announcement 2022
Merryn Somerset Webb will be our Keynote Speaker at 10th anniversary awards ceremony
The Small Cap Awards is an annual opportunity to recognise outstanding achievement focused on smaller quoted companies.
This year’s Keynote Speaker will be Merryn Somerset Webb who is a hugely popular speaker and acclaimed commentator on economics, financial markets and personal finance.
Merryn is Editor in Chief of Moneyweek, the best-selling financial magazine in the UK, and a contributing editor at the Financial Times where she has a weekly column. Merryn is among the most well-respected and prominent voices in financial journalism, having won multiple awards including Personal Finance Journalist of year in 2018, and Finance Commentator of the Year in 2019.
The event will be attended by institutions, fund managers, brokers, company directors, entrepreneurs and advisors, creating a chance for all attendees to network with those who have shown exceptional growth and performance in the small cap environment over the last 12 months.
The shortlist will be selected by a judging panel comprised of leaders in the Small Cap sector and is Chaired by Gervais Williams, Head of Equities at Premier Miton Investors. The full judging panel and award categories can be viewed here 2022 Awards
The winners in each category will be announced on Thursday 30th June at the Black-Tie Dinner to be held in London and will celebrate success for UK listed Small Caps.
